One of a kind

My favorite Nightmare character that I needed to make once we ended up making Halloween 26 the year of Nightmare Before Christmas. As someone with anxiety I love when characters are not only relatable, but loved for who they are by the other characters. The Mayor comes with a light stand so that he can be a nightlight!
