Warm colors are especially difficult to work with in glass, especially in murrini! The more you work with a warm color it tends to go grey or “liver out” . This piece has been living with me for the past month because I just love it (and honestly it matches my velvet curtains perfectly). I always like to live with a piece before I put it up for sale so that it gets imbued with as much energy as possible. I have to say, as the days have gotten shorter and colder, my garden fading, this piece has warmed me when the sun could not. It’s 12x12 “ and has a sister piece that it’s been living with that is also available to be re-homed.
